Our story
Thirty years on site.
Construction Lines Trading Est. was founded in Dubai in 1995 and has spent three decades delivering construction works across the Gulf — buildings, flyovers, villas, and oil & gas works — built with raw materials from leading European and American manufacturers.
Our general manager comes from VINCI (France) — the group behind Stade de France and Charles de Gaulle Airport — and our engineers average fifteen-plus years in the field, working through joint ventures with leading construction and engineering firms.
Today we operate from Jeddah through three divisions — Electromechanical & Maintenance, Construction & Design, and Trading — with an in-house interior team, serving industrial, petrochemical, energy, transport and building clients Kingdom-wide.
